Kostenanpassung für Stadionausbau

    Wir haben uns Gedanken gemacht wie die Kosten des Stadionausbaus sinnvoller gestaltet werden könnten, da die Amortisationszeit besonders ab einer Kapazität von über 50.000 Zuschauern absolut unwirtschaftlich war.

    Bisher waren die Kosten sowie Amortisationszeit (bei Vollauslastung!) wie folgt:
